This new build fully encapsulates the concept of a custom home. Every detail, from design to layout, is perfectly suited to the homeowners’ lifestyle. Storage was at the top of their list of priorities, so we took the opportunity to get creative with how space was utilized. Every room has a storage element; as you scroll through the pictures, see if you can find them all! The clean, modern style flows throughout the space helping to make the whole house feel cohesive and connected. These clients were no strangers to the building process, so they knew exactly what they wanted. With such a clear picture in mind, we were able to help create some really unique and personalized spaces! The craft room was a favorite of our in-house carpenter because of its elaborate built-in storage. The backyard and porch are impossible to ignore! It is no secret that the home owners’ wanted to capitalize on their outdoor space. Some of our favorite features are the custom fence and the “hidden” seating area with a waterfall feature! You may notice the clients’ porcelain garden ornaments moved in a little early, but we can’t blame them! All together, this home is perfect for the owners. We were so glad to be able to bring their vision to life! We cannot wait to see how this canvas is further customized by our clients.
