Nova loves building custom homes and taking on big projects, but we also work on a smaller scale! This new build will serve as a spacious, two car garage and an enclosed studio space. A full bathroom is attached to the climate controlled studio. While it may not have a lot of striking details, it meets the homeowner's need for storage and a quiet workspace. The themes of this project are simply quality and practicality; two important elements of construction that need not be dressed up. The interior is minimalistic and ready for the homeowner to make the most of the space. The exterior has a classic, cozy appeal to match the main dwelling and the rest of the neighborhood perfectly. A new driveway and fence completed the project by making the two buildings connect beautifully and naturally.
