Cole Pratt

Cole grew up in central Kentucky but has resided in the Nashville area since 2005. The construction industry is not new to him in the slightest. His grandfather ran a successful construction company in Knoxville; Cole took every opportunity to be on the job sites helping in any way he could. He joined the Nova team in June of 2021, quickly proving to be a great addition to the culture and mission of the team with his natural skills in project management and communication. His passion for this work is evident as he is constantly working to grow in knowledge and skill in order to better himself and the company. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, or rooting for anyone competing in sporting events for the University of Tennessee.
